HEALTHY-ISH CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH

This healthy, high-protein and high-fibre cookie dough can be prepped in 5 minutes and the result? A delicious, satisfying dessert that will love you back.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp protein powder (vanilla)

  • 2 tbsp cashew butter

  • ½ cup Greek-style yoghurt

  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 80g dark chocolate chips

  • pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. Whisk the yoghurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup well in a bowl.

  2. Then mix in the cashew butter, and finally the almond flour, salt and protein powder. Once fully mixed, fold in the chocolate chips.

  3. Chill in the fridge for an hour before serving (if you can wait that long!).
