BANANA BREAD COOKIE DOUGH BITES
Banana bread meets cookie dough and a new miracle child is born this Christmas. They are shaped like Christmas Puddings for the fun of it, and filled with whole, natural, and most importantly, yummy ingredients.

Chill Time: around 2 hours in total
INGREDIENTS
1 very ripe banana
1/3 cup cashew butter / any nut butter
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup oat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1-2 tbsp honey
Splash of vanilla extract
Generous pinch of salt
100g dark chocolate (and a tbsp coconut oil to melt)
20 g white chocolate (and a tsp of coconut oil to melt)
Goji berries
METHOD
1. Mash the banana with a fork until runny. Then add the rest of the ingredients for the batter and mix well.
2. Roll them into equal, bite-sized balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before coating them with melted dark chocolate.
3. Refrigerate for another hour to let them set before drizzling some melted white chocolate on top, crowning them with a goji berry. Chill to set.
4. Keep in the fridge until serving. Enjoy!
