BREAKFAST OAT LOAF

If you are looking for the ultimate breakfast meal-prep, try this easy breakfast loaf made from oats. It has 8g PROTEIN and 4g FIBRE per slice - it’s the best way to start your day. 

Enjoy it toasted, with peanut butter, or my personal favorite, with yoghurt and warm berries.

INGREDIENTS

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 400g oats

  • 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 500g Greek style yoghurt

  • 1 egg

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 Celsius.

  2. Add the oats into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

  3. Transfer to a lined loaf tin. Bake for 45 minutes.

  4. Before removing from the tin, let it cool completely.
