BREAKFAST OAT LOAF
If you are looking for the ultimate breakfast meal-prep, try this easy breakfast loaf made from oats. It has 8g PROTEIN and 4g FIBRE per slice - it’s the best way to start your day.
Enjoy it toasted, with peanut butter, or my personal favorite, with yoghurt and warm berries.

INGREDIENTS
DRY INGREDIENTS
400g oats
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
500g Greek style yoghurt
1 egg
METHOD
Pre-heat the oven at 180 Celsius.
Add the oats into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Transfer to a lined loaf tin. Bake for 45 minutes.
Before removing from the tin, let it cool completely.
