CHOCOLATE MOUSSE OATS with raspberry chia jam

Oats just got a glow-up. These blended oats taste like a mix between chocolate mousse and brownie batter. So if you like the idea of chocolate for breakfast, this one is for you.

Chill Time: 1 hour or overnight


INGREDIENTS

CHOCOLTE OATS LAYER (per jar)

  • 40g rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 80 ml milk (your choice)

  • 1-2 tsp honey

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

    RASPBERRY CHIA JAM (per jar)

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

    TOPPING

  • 100g high-protein greek yoghurt

METHOD

  1. Add the raspberries to an airtight container and stir through the chia seeds.

  2. Blend all the chocolate oat layer ingredients until smooth, adding a splash more milk if needed.

  3. Pour over the raspberry layer and smooth out.

  4. Top with Greek yoghurt and refrigerate overnight.
