CHOCOLATE MOUSSE OATS with raspberry chia jam
Oats just got a glow-up. These blended oats taste like a mix between chocolate mousse and brownie batter. So if you like the idea of chocolate for breakfast, this one is for you.

Chill Time: 1 hour or overnight
INGREDIENTS
CHOCOLTE OATS LAYER (per jar)
40g rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
80 ml milk (your choice)
1-2 tsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
RASPBERRY CHIA JAM (per jar)
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp chia seeds
TOPPING
100g high-protein greek yoghurt
METHOD
Add the raspberries to an airtight container and stir through the chia seeds.
Blend all the chocolate oat layer ingredients until smooth, adding a splash more milk if needed.
Pour over the raspberry layer and smooth out.
Top with Greek yoghurt and refrigerate overnight.
